Stephanie is a nutritionally conscious private and personal chef. She loves cooking wholesome, nourishing meals that cater to health-conscious, busy individuals and those in need of therapeutic health support in their diets. Healthy, nutrient-dense foods rooted in tradition are what inspire and influence her cooking.
Stephanie's passion for cooking and nutrition is rooted in her upbringing. Stephanie has a sense of pride and understanding of what family, good food and robust health means. Being brought up in a family with four sisters and brothers in Atlanta, Ga, Stephanie learned from early on how food brought the family together. Her mother brought her into the kitchen at a young age and taught her everything she knew about cooking and instilled in her the value of eating whole, unrefined and unprocessed foods.
In her twenties, Stephanie came to realize her calling to help others through health and nutrition which led her to pursuing a BS in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. Stephanie polished her culinary skills and expanded her knowledge of therapeutic cooking when she worked as an apprentice to "Healthy Cooking Guru" Lupa Irie at Progressive Medical Center. Lupa's extensive experience and knowledge of nourishing food preparation inspired an unshakable belief in Stephanie that everyone deserves access to high quality, nutrient-dense foods. It soon became apparent that real food takes real work and in this busy day and age, most people don't have the time to prepare it, but understand the true value of a healthy diet.
Her boundless energy in the kitchen, coupled with her strong beliefs in the power of holistic nutrition, led her to seek out the personal chef world. She loves to encourage the individuals and families she works with to make healthy lifestyle changes that will boost the immune system, increase energy and vitality, and help prevent illness.
Let food be your delicious medicine!
